to join LDSM's 2012 Young String Venture.
Clear and accurate information on musical experience and repertoire is vital. Children are placed in ensembles according to their appropriate ability and experience. This information should be written on separate sheets if necessary and stapled to the relevant form.
Student places cannot be confirmed unless all details on the form have been completed and fees received.
Detach and return the application form(s) with the fees for each applicant to the address at the top of the form.
Application Forms must be received by Friday 1 June 2012.
