Work with us
PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and versatile Production Coordinator as Lake District Music sets its sights on an ambitious new long-term strategy to reach more of our local communities
This is a key role at the centre of LDM, working directly with the Executive Director to plan and organise Lake District Music’s annual calendar of events. You will take a lead on critical logistics, often acting as the first port of call with suppliers, partners and artists, as well as being a senior member of the summer events team. As we look to expand our outreach with local schools in particular, you will be a central player supporting our visiting education team behind the scenes and helping to inspire Cumbria’s youngest generation.
Deadline for applications: 13 February 2025
MARKETING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We are looking to recruit a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Development Manager as Lake District Music sets its sights on an ambitious new long-term strategy.
This is a key role at the centre of LDM, working directly with the Executive Director to plan and implement a wide range of creative campaigns to drive ticket sales, develop audiences, support young musicians and raise brand awareness. You will take the lead in all our print and digital strategies while also supporting our work to connect with individual donors. If you are a self-starter; someone who is multiskilled from social media and campaign management through to being a welcoming and approachable point of contact for donors and volunteers alike, then we would love to hear from you.
Deadline for applications: 13 February 2025
TREASURER (TRUSTEE)
Would you like to help run Lake District Music?
LDM is a thriving organisation bringing music of the highest quality to audiences in the heart of the Lakes, as well as giving young artists the opportunity to perform and learn together.
We are looking to recruit a Treasurer to join our dedicated Board of Trustees and help LDM achieve its ambitions and reach its audiences and communities.
VOLUNTEER
Each year dozens of supporters generously donate their time and energy to help bring fantastic music to the Lake District and nurture the next generation of talented musicians.
From supporting our web of logistics by making sure artists are in the right place at the right time, to helping make sure our performances and events run smoothly by ushering during the festival, our volunteers are a core part of the LDSM family.
If you would like to join this wonderful group of ambassadors we would love to hear from you!
